Inlägg inför julenI think that a lot of the 'ick' that people feel after holiday 
debauchery is less about the food they actually ate, and more 
about the guilt they force upon themselves for having eaten it. 
Reject the guilt. See if you don't feel just fine without it. Eating 
for pleasure, especially in celebration with people you love, is one
 of the great blessings of being alive. You are allowed to enjoy it! 
And then, get back to your regular schedule and routine with no 
need to 'cleanse' or punish yourself.

the food I ate over Christmas. Nope. I exercise because it reduces 
my anxiety, because it keeps my metabolic function healthy, because 
it reduces my joint pain, because it improves my energy levels, and 
most of all because it FEELS GOOD to move my body the way that 
nature intended it to move.
